Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the chicken with the chopped tomatoes, hoho, herbs, spices, oil and seasonings in enough water so that by the time it has reduced to a thick sauce, the chicken is cooked and soft.
* Step 2
When it is cooked, add the chopped onion and cook for a bit until the onion is a bit wilted but still crunchy.
* Step 3
This is my go-to chili oil.
