Tribute To Uchumi Sandwich
It's not exactly an Uchumi Sandwich but in reminiscing and missing the best thing Uchumi offered ever, I decided to name this chapo sandwich in memory of their beautiful mixtures of sauces, veges, and everything else. I'm sure kids will also love it because, although healthy, it tastes and looks great and they can create artwork with it before eating.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Spread the mayonnaise on the chapati.
* Step 2
Put the omelette on top of the mayonnaise.
* Step 3
Arrange the tomato and cucumber slices on top of the egg, each on one half.
* Step 4
Sprinkle the choma sauce on top.
* Step 5
Fold it in half and cut into two.
