Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the rosemary in a open sufuria to allow evaporation.

* Step 2

Let it reduce to about three quarters of the original amount.

* Step 3

Refrigerate and use as needed. Perfect for teas, mixing with fruit juices, and with foods requiring rosemary. An example is this rosemary cocoa drink.
