Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

30-35 minutes
2 tbsp

Oil

1/2 tsp

Cumin

500 grams

Turnip -

1/2 cup

Water

1 big

Onion

3-4

Tomato

1 inch

Ginger

as per taste

Salt

1/2 cup

Peas

1 tsp

Sugar -1

1/2 tsp

Garam masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a cooker, put Dil, Asafoetida, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt & chopped Turnip then mix them well.

Put Green Garlic & Water then cover it & give it 2-3 whitles. Then mash the Turnip with masher.

* Step 3

Take a pan, put Oil & chopped Onion in it & roast them.

Then put Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder & Tomato, Ginger & Green Chili Paste, some Coriander Powder, Salt, green Peas, Sugar, Green Garlic & cover them & cook them till they release Oil.

Then put mashed Turnin, mixit & cook it by covering it.

Then put Lemon Juice, Garam Masala & garnish it with Coriander Leaves.
