Ingredient

Food ration :

1 bowl

Cooking time :

7 minutes
1 cup

coriander

3/4 cup

hung curd

1/4 tsp

cumin powder

2 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, in a small blender take 1 cup coriander 1/4 cup pudina, and 2 tbsp lemon juice blend to smooth paste adding water only if required.

* Step 2

Add in 3/4 cup hung curd. Also, add 1/4 tsp cumin powder, prostate peanut powder and salt whisk smooth making sure the curd blend well with spices.

Finally, serve dahi chutney with sago cutlet / sabudana vada. Serve with any snacks....πŸ˜‹πŸŽ‰
