Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil
* Step 2
Add 4 potato and mix well making sure the oil is coated well. Make sure to cut the aloo on equal size and rinse well.stir occasionally, and fry on medium flame.
* Step 3
Spread the aloo over the kadai well.
* Step 4
Once the base turns golden brown, give a stir.
* Step 5
Fry on medium flame until the aloo turns golden brown and crisp.
* Step 6
Now add3/4 tsp paper powder and 1/2 rock salt. mix well
* Step 7
Finally, enjoy crispy aloo fry with hot puri. (kuttu ke aate ki puri)
