PAPER DOSA (Plain dosa)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the rice and urad dal separately 6 - 8 hours
* Step 2
Drain the water and keep aside
* Step 3
Grind the urad dal to thick consistency,adding water
* Step 4
You will know when to stop when you see the better bubbling up a little
* Step 5
Now grind the rise. makes the two betters stirring clockwise and anticlockwise
* Step 6
Add salt and cover leave it to ferment overnight
* Step 7
Stir well, add water if the batter is too thick. Add salt if required
* Step 8
Prepare the non- stick pan by heating it
* Step 9
Grease the pan with a little oil
* Step 10
Spread the butter evenly over the pan
* Step 11
Cook the dosa till one side is crisp and brown
* Step 12
Fold and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
