Noodles Spring Roll

Noodles Spring Roll

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-5 people

Cooking time :

60-70 minutes
1/2 tsp

Salt

2 tbsp

Oil

As required

Water

1 tsp

Garlic

as per taste

Pepper

1 tsp

Vinegar

1 tsp

Soy sauce

2 tbsp

Maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix maida, salt, oil and water mis it to a dough

* Step 2

Knead it well for about 10 minutes

* Step 3

Let it rest for about 30 minutes

* Step 4

Roll it into thin wrappers

* Step 5

Mix all-purpose flour and water in a bowl and keep aside

* Step 6

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok

* Step 7

When the oil is hot,add ginger and garlic and fry for a few seconds

* Step 8

Firstly add onion and fry till translucent

* Step 9

Than, add cabbage, capsicum,carrots black pepper powder, salt red chilli sauce,soy sauce and rice vinegar.

* Step 10

Increase the heart and cook till all the water is evaporated and the filling is dry

* Step 11

Remove the wok from heat and let the filling cool

* Step 12

When the filling gets cooled. to this you can add boiled noodles and mix it well along with other veggies of stuffing ☺️

* Step 13

Take one spring roll sheet and keep a tbsp of filling at one corner

* Step 14

Roll to cover the filling

* Step 15

Fold the sides inside

* Step 16

Apply little maida mixture on the other end and roll till you reach the end.secure the ends nicely

* Step 17

Make all the the spring roll in a similar way

* Step 18

Heat oil in a pan

* Step 19

Deep fry all the spring roll on medium heat till they are golden brown

Drain on a tissue lined plate

* Step 21

Serve hot with Chilli dipping sauce
