Ingredient

1/2 tbsp

jeera powder

1/2 tbsp

s garam masala

1.5 cup

curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop bhindi as per you wish and the roast it a little

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil, cumin seeds,bay leaf, onion, ginger garlic paste and mix it for 2-3 minutes, then add all the dry ingredients

* Step 3

Stir it well and then let the masala to cook

Add curd and switch off the flame and stir

* Step 5

Again switch on the flame and cook till oil comes out

To this add bhindi and put the plate on it to cover

Once done serve it with roti or naan
