Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take foxtail in a cooker and add salt and water and allow to cook for 2-3 whistles
* Step 2
In a Kadhai heat oil and then add all the. Dry ingredients
* Step 3
Now add veggies, turmeric powder,chilli powder, salt,and let it cook.
* Step 4
Add foxtail to this and then cook for few mins
* Step 5
Cover it and cook for 10 mins and switch off the flame
* Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon juice and ghee and serve hot
