Mushroom green Pea Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan and add cumin seeds, then add onion, garlic and ginger and fry the onion till it becomes golden brown.
* Step 2
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes, then add turmeric and red chilli powder, cover and cook the tomatoes till they melt and turn off the gas
* Step 3
Make the paste after cooling the prepared mixture in the mixer
* Step 5
Heat 2tbsp oil in the pan, add ginger garlic paste and kashmiri red chilli and fry for a minute on a low flame, add gravy.
* Step 6
Put the peas and water as required and bring them to a boil, then cover and cook on a low flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
* Step 8
Add mushrooms, curd, and the remaining powdered spices and cover again and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and turn off the gas
* Step 9
Garnish it with coriander leaves, can also add garam masala if you wish
* Step 10
Serve it hot with roti and rice
