Holiday Cranberry Salad

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

NIGHT BEFORE - grind/chop the cranberries and add 2 cups of sugar. Let sit overnight.

* Step 2

Dissolve the package of jello in 2 cups of boiling water and let cool a bit. Not set up, but cooler so it doesn’t effect the ingredients being added.

* Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, fold the cranberry/sugar mixture into the cooled jello.

* Step 4

Add the marshmallows, grapes, walnuts, pineapple, and oranges. Stir together.

* Step 5

Fold in the container of cool whip, place into a serving dish (like a 8” x 12’ casserole dish) and place in fridge to set up.
