Old fashioned cranberry relish

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the juice, cranberries, sugar, all the spices into a large non-stick sauce pan..including orange zest. Stir really well..
* Step 2
Place on med high for 6-8 minutes or less depending on stove. Continuously stirring until cranberries start to pop.. once that happens you are done. Grate orange zest over the finished berries and refrigerate to cool and thicken in a glass bowl.
