* Step 1
Pour the batter milk into a jar you may also mix curd,a pinch of salt and black pepper and water to make your own homemade buttermilk
* Step 2
Roughly chop a few mint leaves and coriander leaves
* Step 3
Thinly slice half a carrot
* Step 4
Blend the carrots and herbs into the buttermilk
* Step 5
Add a black salt and bit of roasted cumin seeds powder and stir well
