Ingredient

Plain curd

Mint leaves few

Coriander

Black salt

1 pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pour the batter milk into a jar you may also mix curd,a pinch of salt and black pepper and water to make your own homemade buttermilk

Roughly chop a few mint leaves and coriander leaves

Thinly slice half a carrot

Blend the carrots and herbs into the buttermilk
