#ga4 #week7 #breakfast πŸ˜‹ Aloo paratha is whole wheat flatbread which is stuffed with spicy mashed potatoes. it's usually enjoyed with butter,yogurt or pickle.

Ingredient

20-25 minutes

Coriander leaves

1/2 tbsp

chilli flakes

1/2 tbsp

chaat masala

1/2 tbsp

jeera

1/2 tbsp

ajwain

1 tbsp

suji

2 tbsp

maida

As required

Oil/ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, mix all the aata and rest of the dry ingredients and knead a dough using oil and boiled water.

In another bowl, mix onion and mashed potatoes along with masalas.

* Step 3

Then make a circular shape out of dough and fill in the stuffing in center.

Using a rolling pin makes a round roti shape paratha.

In a pan, spread oil and roast it from both sides till golden.

Now serve with chutney or curd.
