Hyderabadi chicken masala

#flavour1 A hot and spicy chicken preparation rich gravy from the city of nawabs

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add ghee, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger- garlic and tomato puree and covered at for 15 minutes.stir in between.

* Step 2

Add chicken pieces, ground almonds masala paste,red chilli powder, garam masala powder,1 cup water, salt and pepper covered at for 8-10 minutes. Stir in between.

* Step 3

Add cream and saffron. Covered at for 6-7 minutes.it allow to stand for 7 minutes serve hot.
