Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead the dough and cover it and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Mix all the dals and boil it in cooker.
* Step 3
Heart oil in a pan and add cumin, onion, ginger- garlic paste.
* Step 4
Cook it for a few minutes. Add all the spices.
* Step 5
Now add the cooked dal and mix it let the dal simmer.
* Step 6
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
* Step 7
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts. Roll each part into a rough ball. Make an indentation in the center of each ball with your thumb.
* Step 8
Pre heat the oven to 200 degree C.
Set the oven on toast mode.Bake the baatis for 20-25 minutes, till slightly browned.
* Step 9
Remove from oven. Dip in ghee. Serve hot with dal.
* Step 10
Also keep the gas on low flame. You can also roast it directly on low flame.
