* Step 1
Take oil in a kadhai,add sugar garlic and onion.fry for 2 minutes add chopped cabbage then matar.
* Step 2
Fry for 4 minutes then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt.cover the lid for 5 min,then fry for another 20 minutes in a low flame
