matar

coriander

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon

of sugar

1/2 teaspoon

of baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first grind matar, coriander leaves, green chilli and Ginger to a thick paste

Mix this paste, curd, salt and sugar, suji and besan in a container

* Step 3

Mix all these things together with help of water add baking soda give a perfect mix, grease the mould for the batter steam it for 20 minutes, allow it to cool Garnish with the tempering. It's done
