Lauki and Soya chunks ki sabzi

#toc1___if I declare my dinner tonight it's based on Lauki my son will start saying mama can I order dominos so I selected best way of eating Lauki just totally blend the texture of Lauki . Lauki which is rich in fiber I assemble this with protein rich soya chunks.

Ingredient

200 grams

Lauki

1/2 cup

soya chunks

1 teaspoon

jeera

3 tablespoons

oil

1/2 teaspoon

haldi

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

pav bhaji masala

as per taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first wash and peel Lauki. Cut into very small pieces. Soak soya chunks for 10 minutes then squeeze it out

* Step 2

Take a cooker add jeera, sugar gradually add chopped onion, Chilli and Curry patta fry for 2minutes in a low flame. Gradually add ginger garlic paste, haldi, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala fry for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Gradually add tomato cook for 2 minutes then add soya chunks fry for 5 minutes add Lauki and salt. After frying for few minutes add small amount of water and cook for 1 whistle. Garnish with some desiccated coconut
