Groundnuts coconut chutney

#boxweek16__this is the perfect recipe of chutney with idli and sambar. perfect recipe of chutney enhances the taste of the dish.

groundnuts

2 tablespoons

daliya

1/2 teaspoon

jeera

2 pods

Garlic

as per taste

Salt

2 tablespoon

oil

1/2 teaspoon

urad dal

1/2 teaspoon

mustard seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind above mentioning things for chutney along with small amount of water, don't make it so Runny. Take out this chutney into a bowl

* Step 2

For tempering__take 2 tablespoon of oil add urad dal, mustard seeds, jeera, red chilli and Kadi patta.

* Step 3

Fry for 3 to 4 minutes in low flame then add this to chutney. Mix well before serving it goes well with Dosa, Vada and idli.
