Oats dhokla

#boxweek15_,it's a fusion dish with oats along with besan and Suji.

Ingredient

Food ration :

besan

3 tablespoons

curd

as per taste

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 teaspoon

baking soda

1 tablespoon

oil

1 (1 tsp)

mustard seeds

1 tablespoon

white sesame

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly ground green chillies and Ginger

Arrange mentioning things mix all the ingredients in a bowl

Add lrequired amount of water keep it aside for 10 minutes just check it out whether some water is needed add salt,sugar and soda. Grease one mould then pour the batter steam it for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes check whether it is cooked or not with help of knife, otherwise cook some more minutes. Allowed to cool.

Take 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, handful of kadipatta, 1 tablespoon of white sesame, 2 green chillies slitted then add dhokla pieces fry for 2 minutes.
