Panner bhurji

I have small amount of paneer and small amount of cottage cheese I am mix two types of paneer to make paneer bhurji here is the recipe

Ingredient

100 grams

cottage cheese

200 grams

paneer

1 teaspoon

jeera

1 teaspoon

chopped garlic

1 teaspoon

chopped Ginger

1/2 teaspoon

haldi

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

dhaniya powder

Pinch

Hing

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roughly crush paneer

* Step 2

Take oil in a kadhai at first add Hing and jeera, allow it to crackel, gradually add onion and chillies. After frying of 2 minutes add all all dry masala including salt, gradually add two kinds of paneer, mix all this together add chopped coriander and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
