Ragi flour

1 teaspoon

Suji

to taste

Salt

3 cups

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak Ragi flour for 4 hours in a cup of water

* Step 2

Boil water in a vessel, when it starts boiling add suji and salt into it. Keep stirring, gradually add Ragi mix keep stirring in a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Serve in room temperature with curd or mutton or you like the dish most
