Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana dal for 2 hours, keep 1 tsp of chana dal at side.
* Step 2
Grind chana dal with jeera, Dhaniya and two kinds of chillies with salt. After grinding add Suji, curry Patta, mix all these things together. Mix chana dal also into it what we kept aside.
* Step 3
Make small balls out of it, press with help of fingers then deep fry.
