Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a Kadhai, add besan fry for 20 minutes in a low flame
* Step 2
Grind sugar, Badam, milk powder and cardamom to a fine powder
* Step 3
After frying besan put off the gas add fried khoya, powder sugar and one-fourth of milk. The consistency became liquidy, grease 1 thaili with one teaspoon of ghee set this badam besan mix. Don't spread it so flat, refrigerate it for 1 hour, give a shape you like most, garnish with dry fruits
