Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Oil in a Kadhai, add __ mustard seeds, jeera, chana dal and urad dal, allow it to crackel. Add chopped green chillies, matar, carrot, ginger and curry leaved, gradually add vermicelli.

* Step 2

Fry for 10 minutes in low flame. Add 1-3/4 cups of water as you measured vermicelli. Add salt cover the lid.
