fenugreek seeds

red chilli powder

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut mango into pieces

Take oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chilli allowed to crackle then add mango pieces, immediately add salt it and haldi and half glass of water.

Cover the lid, cook for 10 minutes add salt and sugar. Add red chilli powder cook for another 5 to 10 minutes.
