Cranberry Sauce Chicken

This is an American recipe, often cooked for Thanksgiving; except here, chicken is substituted for turkey :)

Ingredient

1 cup

sugar

1 cup

milk

4 teaspoons

thyme

1 tablespoon

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Thoroughly wash chicken breasts and rub with thyme.

* Step 2

Place chicken breasts in oven and cook for 20 minutes on each side at 450° Fahrenheit.

* Step 3

Peel potatoes and cook in boiling water until insides are soft.

* Step 4

Pour cranberries, sugar, and milk into small pot of boiling water and cook until berries burst.

* Step 5

Once the potatoes are ready, mash them, adding cheese, milk, butter, and salt and pepper as you go.

* Step 6

Pour sauce on finished chicken breasts (and mashed potatoes at will) and serve.
