Stuffed Ridge gourd
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel and make it three pieces of one Ridge gourd then scoop it off.
* Step 2
Take oil in a Kadhai add Hing and jeera. Then add chopped onion after 5 minutes of Frying add Tomato.
* Step 3
Add besan and all dry masala including salt
* Step 4
Fry for 10 minutes add more oil if required.
* Step 5
Stop this masala into scooped Ridge gourd
* Step 6
Take 1 teaspoon of oil in a kadai add this stuffed pieces of Ridge gourd. Fry till done do not cover the lid.
