Matar mushroom pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take oil in a kadai add all dried whole masala and one teaspoon of sugar. After that add sliced onion and chopped Chillies. After frying of 5 minutes add mushroom and matar.
* Step 3
After that add rice, tomato and salt and haldi.
* Step 4
Fry for near about 10 minutes
* Step 5
Add 2 cups of water then cover the lid cook till done. Lastly at coriander powder from top.
* Step 6
Garnished with coriander leaves.
