Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first dry roast groundnuts, sesame and green chilli. While grinding add coconut and grind to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Take oil in a kadai add Rae then add chopped onion then add slitted bengan. Add Ginger garlic paste fry for 5 minutes. Then gradually add all try masalas including salt. Then add groundnut paste. Fry for 10 minutes in low flame add required amount of water cover the lid boil for 10 more minutes.
* Step 3
Best serve with hot rice.
