Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut tamatoes.

Put oil in kadhai add all tadka ingredients,brinzal and matar

Add tamotoes.jaggery,salt,haldi and raisins

Cover it for 20 minutes. serve with rice or chapati.
