Cake and white chocolate modak

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by preheating the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Next grease baking dish and keep aside.
* Step 3
Next in a mixing bowl take brown sugar, oil and curd. Beat well to get a homogeneous mixture.
* Step 4
Next into the wet mixture, sieve down wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut and fold gently. Gradually add milk and prepare a smooth kump free batter. Add vanilla essence and mix again.
* Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Tap to remove air bubbles.
Place this for baking at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
* Step 6
Poke and check, the knife or tooth pick must come out clean.
Now keep the cake to let it come down to room temperature.
* Step 7
As it cools. Crumble it. Add random bits of white chocolate. Mix.
Take portions of this mixture and put in modak mould.
* Step 8
Delicious cake and white chocolate modak is ready!
