Healthy Rava dosa with methi tomato chutney
This rava dosa is a healthy version as it has the goodness of brown rice flour, sooji and wheat flour.
So next time you want to add a nutritious dish in your breakfast menu go for this crispy rava dosa.
To add more nutritional value add grated carrots, grated ginger, fine pieces of coconut.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, put sooji, brown rice flour and whole wheat flour.
* Step 2
Next add in salt, cumin seeds, hing and black pepper powder. Mix all well.
You can keep this premix ready. Store in an airtight container until use.
* Step 3
For making crispy rava dosas take the dry ingredients as mentioned above. Add chopped onion, green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
Add water to make a thin batter
* Step 4
Keep your dosa tawa conditioned. Now sprinkle the batter to make a lacy dosa. Let it dry then brush oil. As dosa becomes crispy fold and serve with chutney/ curry and chai/ coffee.
