Chilli chicken is my personal favourite. This desi style chilli chicken will surely make your palette happy so do try this recipe..

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken with the above-mentioned ingredients. Keep for 30 minutes to an hour.
* Step 2
Next heat oil and fry the marinated chicken pieces.
Next prepare the sauce mixture with the above-mentioned ingredients.
Next in a wok/ kadhai heat oil. Saute chopped garlic.
* Step 3
Next add grated ginger and fresh green chillies.
* Step 4
Next add in chopped onion. Put salt as needed. Add black pepper powder. Saute till onion are brownish.
* Step 5
Next add in the fried chicken pieces. Add little water and mix. Let it be in medium heat for some time.
* Step 6
Next add in onion petals and capsicum squares. Saute all together for some time. Next add the sauce mixture. Mix well.
* Step 7
Next add the cornflour slurry. If required add some water. Give a nice mix.
* Step 8
It's ready! Garnish with onion greens. Mix and serve!!
