* Step 1

Take a bread slice. Cutting or keeping the edges is your preference (I like having it). Spread chilled mango shrikhand on one slice and mango puree on the other generously.

Now? Tadaa.. put the slices together...MANGO SANDWICH IS READY!! Serve it as such or cut into bite size pieces and serve... It's yumm!!
