Vegan fruits milk (dairy free, sugar free)
Although milk has its own importance, let's make this FRUITS MILK, dairy free.
This fruits milk is also useful for those who are allergic to dairy products.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a blender jar, put grated coconut and water. Grind and then strain to extract coconut milk into a vessel.
Adjust consistency as per your preference. Take out some coconut milk into the blender jar.
(You can also use market available coconut milk.)
Next cut banana and apple. Add those into the coconut milk in the vessel. Next also add chopped dry fruits, tooti frooti and kishmish into it.
* Step 2
Now in the blender jar having coconut milk, add dates. I have used kimia dates. Blend it very nicely.
Put it into the fruits milk vessel. Give a nice gentle mix.
* Step 3
It's ready!!
If you want it more chilled, add some ice cubes in the glass while serving.
This fruits milk is not only yummy, it is very filling and nutritious too.
