Egg Omelette curry

This is one of those delicious recipes, I make when I'm short of eggs. But you can certainly make it other days too But actually it has always come to my rescue So let's check out how to make this yummy EGG OMLETTE CURRY #cookpad #thc #thcweek12 #egg #curry #eggcurry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan with oil. Pour in the prepared eggs mixture. Cook the omlette from both sides. As omlette is ready keep it aside to cool down. As it cools down, cut it into pieces.

* Step 2

Next heat a kadhai with oil. Put whole spices. Add chopped onion and saute till brownish. Next add chopped tomato. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Mix well and cook till tomato turns mushy.

* Step 3

Next add the potato dices. Mix well. Cover and cook till potatoes are softened.

Next add hot water as needed. Mix well and cook in medium flame. Cook till all flavours combine well with each other.

* Step 5

As you get that perfect consistency, add the omlette pieces. Give a gentle mix. Add slit green chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Mix.

* Step 6

It's ready to serve!! This goes well with rice/ roti/ paratha
