Pumpkin Cranberry Baked Oatmeal

Add a combination of raisins, walnuts, chopped apple, or blueberries

cinnamon

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 350°

* Step 2

In large bowl, mix all ingredients.

* Step 3

Pour into greased 8x8 baking pan. Bake 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm.

* Step 4

The mixture can also be scooped into lined muffin tins. Bake 25-30 minutes.
