Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a blender jar, into it add 4 slices of white bread. Grind. Fresh bread crumbs are ready. Take the crumbs in a mixing bowl. Put into it a packets of masala oats.

Mix all well. Next add milk into this mixture gradually and knead it into a soft dough. Brush oil over the dough and cover it. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai. After the dough has rested take it and slightly knead it.

Now divide it into small portions. Grease your palms. Take each portion and give it a shape of doughnut just like you do in case of making vadas.

Prepare and arrange all the doughnuts. Fry the doughnuts at medium heat so that it gets cooked from inside also. Fry till crispy and golden brown.

Strain the extra oil and serve hot.... with sauce/ chutney
