Chocolate Apple Discs and pancake
Apple is such a versatile fruit that it can be used in many dishes.
Having lots of health benefits, you can make sweet as well as savoury dishes with apples.
So let's make a nice unique dish with apple.
It's sweet and chocolatey!!

Ingredient

2-3 persons

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, put wheat flour and rest all above-mentioned ingredients. Mix all well. Next add milk gradually.
* Step 2
Mix to make a lump free batter, having a pancake type consistency.
Now cover and keep aside for resting for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile take an apple, peel it and cut into discs. Remove the seeds.
* Step 3
Side by side, heat ghee and oil together in a pan for shallow frying.
Next take the prepared batter, into that put the apple discs. Coat it nicely.
* Step 4
Put it into the hot oil. Fry the discs in medium heat.
As it is fried from one side, flip carefully and fry the other side too.
Do not overcook the apples, it must be soft yet crunchy.
Do not fry in high heat else chocolate covering may burn.
As it's done, strain and drain the extra oil.
Put on a tissue to remove all the extra oil.
* Step 5
Now you can serve this by drizzling honey/ maple syrup and dry fruits of your choice.
Else if you want to indulge more...
then serve the chocolate apple discs with chocolate syrup and dry fruits.

Another bonus dish with the same batter and apple is...
You can make a pancake having apple.
In the heated pan, put ghee+ oil. Pour a ladle full of the prepared batter, then place the apple disc on top. Let it cook in low heat, as it's done from one side, flip carefully and cook the other side too.
It's done... take it out on to a serving plate, drizzle honey and serve...
