Skillet granola

Instead of being baked this granola is made in a skillet. This is an easy granola recipe instantly ready Store it munch on. It is very versatile Use it as a topping, make a parfait with yoghurt or add chilled milk with it and enjoy... #cookpadindia #mysterybox #boxweek1 #granola

Ingredient

Salt

1/4 th tsp

cinnamon powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a skillet. Dry roast puffed rice, oats and nuts. All separately.

* Step 2

Next add all the roasted ingredients into the skillet. Keep the flame slow. Add salt, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder. Mix well.

* Step 3

Next add jaggery powder and mix well. The ingredients must be coated. Switch the flame off. Let it cool.

* Step 4

It becomes nice and crunchy upon cooling. Store in an airtight container.
