Chilli egg (omlette style)
This is a different type of chili egg liked it by my kids so thought of sharing
A variation to our regular omelette
Do try this easy recipe.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a vessel, break eggs, add salt, pepper, and chicken masala. Add milk and whip mix. Heat pan with oil. Put egg mixture. As omelet is done cut it into regular or irregular pieces as your wish. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Next heat a kadhai with oil. Saute garlic. If you are adding ginger, add now. Add fresh green chilies and onion. Saute till translucent. Next, add capsicum. Add salt. Mix well. Cook for some time till capsicum is cooked yet crunchy. Add the sauces.
* Step 3
Mix the sauces with onion and capsicum. Now add the omelet pieces. Give a gentle mix. Add pepper powder and mix. Let it be on slow flame for some time. Do not overcook.
* Step 4
It's soft, moist and very tasty... Try this variation 🙂
