Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place a kadhai. Heat it with oil. Put chopped onion. Saute till brownish. Next add capsicum and cook it for sometime. Next add paneer dices. Mix and let it be on medium heat. Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs and schewan sauce. Mix well. Filling is ready.
Next heat a tawa. Keep flame slow. Put butter. Upon that place a bread slice. Spread mayonnaise. Put filling. Next place a cheese slice. Put mixed herbs.
* Step 2
Place another bread upon it.
Spread butter. Carefully flip and toast.
Next grate some pizza cheese. Sprinkle mixed herbs/ pizza seasoning.
Cover and cook till cheese melts.
* Step 3
Cheesy paneer capsicum multigrain bread sandwich is ready to serve.
Serve with chips and enjoy.
