Boiled Potatoes fry
Boiled potatoes fry can be tastier when we add besan to it.
This is a nice recipe...
Have it with rice/ roti/ poori/ paratha.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place a kadhai to heat with oil. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Add chopped onion. Saute till brownish. Put salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix. Saute at slow flame.
Next rough mash/ cut the boiled potatoes. Add them into the onion masala.
Put besan. Mix gently.
* Step 2
Fry at slow heat till a nice brownish color comes on the potatoes.
It's ready. Serve boiled potatoes fry hot.
