Ingredient

chowmein

as per taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

black pepper

1/2 tsp

mixed herbs

2 tbsp

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl, put cooked chowmein (chowmein has vegetables, and sauce mixture. Tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar). It has chicken masala flavour in it and chillies. To this cooked spicy chowmein, add boiled potatoes, salt.

Add some more black pepper powder, mixed herbs and slices of onion.

* Step 3

Mash and mix. Take small portions and shape them into tikkis. Heat pan with 1 tbsp oil. Put small tikkis for shallow frying. Fry at medium flame. As it's crispy and golden brown from one side, flip and fry the other side too. Brush oil. Hot chowmein tikkis are ready to serve..
