Vegetable egg drop pakoda

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 tbsp

besan

2 tbsp

cornflour

as per taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

turmeric

1/2 tsp

garam masala

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl put chopped vegetables, besan, cornflour,salt, turmeric, grated ginger, chillies paste, coriander leaves (I didn't have but you put it). Add little water and mix to make a thick batter. Next add egg, some salt, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix all well. Be careful for the batter consistency. It should not be very runny.

Now heat oil for deep frying. Put in drops of the batter, fry at medium heat. Flip and fry till it becomes nice golden brown and crisp.

Drain extra oil. Serve hot.. You can have it as an evening snacks and also as a side item for your meals. Enjoy... VEGETABLE EGG DROP PAKODA...
