Vegetable egg drop pakoda
This pakoda can become a side dish for your meals too..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl put chopped vegetables, besan, cornflour,salt, turmeric, grated ginger, chillies paste, coriander leaves (I didn't have but you put it). Add little water and mix to make a thick batter. Next add egg, some salt, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix all well. Be careful for the batter consistency. It should not be very runny.
* Step 2
Now heat oil for deep frying. Put in drops of the batter, fry at medium heat. Flip and fry till it becomes nice golden brown and crisp.
* Step 3
Drain extra oil. Serve hot..
You can have it as an evening snacks and also as a side item for your meals.
