Cranberry Relish

Cranberry Relish

This recipe came from my Mom and it's been a tradition for our Thanksgiving meals for years.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 packages

fresh cranberries

1 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Place cranberries in a food processor or blender and puree till small chunks. Scrape out cranberries into mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Slice apples and remove seeds Puree 1 at a time into small chunks and add to bowl.

* Step 3

Peel 3/4 of orange, remove pith and slice. Puree till fairly smooth. Add to bowl.

* Step 4

Add sugar in parts stirring in well. If desired, add more sugar to taste. Chill and Enjoy!
