Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, bake the pumpkin in the oven for about 1~2 hours, until cooked and very soft. BB

* Step 2

Then, remove the skin and mash it with a fork. Add the eggs and mix well.

* Step 3

Now add the flour little by little, until you reach the point where your hand doesn't stick. The less flour, the fluffier and softer it will be.

* Step 4

Transfer to a counter, roll out the dough into cones and cut into small squares. Meanwhile, boil water in a large pan with salt.

* Step 5

Now, just place the gnocchi in boiling water and remove it when it starts to float.

* Step 6

It's ready to eat your gnocchi! I'm used to eating it with bolognese sauce! Enjoy! 😊
